  This is a health foods store/cafe that advertises good-for-you foods, however the cafe options were all very heavy, carb-coma-inducing options. The woman preparing the foods was very kind, however the ladies running the cash register and serving the food were far from courteous or accommodating. I got snubbed/scoffed at for requesting no butter on my toast (and got butter on my toast anyway) and our food was literally slammed onto the table, out of reach. Would not consider coming back.

  Stopped here once for lunch. I got a veggie sandwich and my mother got a black bean burger. They were both very good, and my brothers enjoyed their drinks. As far as groceries go, they have the basic staples with a variety of other local/organic/healthy foods
